$use_pageindex=1을 활성화시킨 경우에 랜덤페이지 매크로가 오작동을 하고 있었습니다.

$use_pageindex는 대규모 위키를 위한 것이고 기본값이 0이므로 별다른 영향은 없을 것입니다.
